Under the guidance of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Rally Technical Review Committee was set up by the authoritative organizations including China Automotive Technology Research Center, the China Automotive Engineering Research Institute and industry experts so as to establish the comprehensive evaluation projects by groups more scientifically and reasonably according to the core performance of pure electric vehicles that has attracted the most attention of consumers, and to establish the authoritative standard system of electric vehicle performance evaluation in the industry.
